Application of Joint Filler Plaster

Preparation and Application:
Before starting the application, the surface must be cleaned. Pour a sufficient amount of water into a clean container. Joint Filler Plaster is sprinkled until it covers the water surface. Let it sit for a few minutes, then mix until the plaster reaches a homogeneous consistency without lumps. Once mixed, the plaster is ready to use. The prepared mixture can be used for approximately 1 hour.

The application is done with a steel spatula in two stages. Apply a generous amount of Joint Filler Plaster over the joint tape using the width of the spatula. Wait at least 2 hours for the first layer to dry. Before applying the second layer, smooth out any surface imperfections with the spatula. Apply a second coat, about 20 cm wide, to level the surface.

Recommendations:

• Do not mix Joint Filler Plaster with any other products or materials.
• If using a mechanical mixer, use it at low speed.
• Do not add water or plaster after mixing.
• The application environment should have a temperature of at least +5°C.
• Pre-filling should be done for gaps larger than 3 mm.

Storage Conditions:
Joint Filler Plaster should not be stacked higher than 20 bags. It is recommended to store it in a dry, moisture-free, and enclosed environment on pallets and use it within 1 year. Poor storage conditions or exceeding the recommended usage time may affect the quality of Joint Filler Plaster.
